👤 Creating Your Admin Credentials
1 Provide your Official Mobile Number and Email to your bank (Nabil, Himalayan, Global IME, etc.) when the QR is issued.
2 The bank registers you as the Primary Admin in the UnionPay merchant system.
3 You will receive a secure activation link via email to set your dashboard password.
4 Use these credentials to log in and take full control over your QR payments.
📊 Taking Control: The Dashboard
Once you get your UnionPay QR from the bank, you can log in to the merchant portal (web or app) to:
• Monitor Live Scans as they happen.
• Verify the NPR equivalent of international currency payments.
• View detailed transaction logs including Ref No. and Issuer Bank details.
🛠️ Merchant Control Features
As an Admin, you have the power to:
• Verify: Instantly check the status of any “Pending” transaction.
• Notify: Set up your mobile to receive push notifications for every successful UnionPay scan.
• Search: Use the Transaction ID to resolve customer payment disputes on the spot.
👥 Sub-User & Cashier Management
Control multiple billing counters from one account:
1. Go to User Management in the dashboard.
2. Add cashier mobile numbers as “Sub-Users”.
3. Staff can now view only their counter’s transactions, while you maintain full Admin visibility over the entire business sales.
🔍 Detailed Settlement Reports
Access your money data whenever you need it:
• Download Daily/Monthly Reports in Excel or PDF format.
• View MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) deductions per transaction.
• Reconcile your QR sales with your linked Nepalese bank account statements easily.
💸 Unified Settlement Process
Following NRB rules, all UnionPay QR transactions are settled directly into your linked NPR account (usually T+1). The funds are automatically converted from international currency to NPR based on the daily exchange rate shown in your dashboard.
