1 Register at merchant.esewa.com.np or the app using your PAN/Business registration.
2 Provide a unique Mobile Number and Email to be used as your Admin credentials.
3 Once verified, you will receive your Password and MPIN via SMS/Email.
4 Use these to log in and gain 100% control over your business QR.
🚀 Merchant Link: Account Switching
Manage your business from your personal eSewa app:
1. Open personal eSewa App > More > Link Merchant Account.
2. Select your Merchant from the list and send SMS for OTP.
3. Once linked, you can toggle between “Personal” and “Business” profiles instantly from the top profile icon.
💸 Taking Control: Get Money Out
Transfer your digital sales to your bank instantly:
1. Dashboard > Get Money Out.
2. Choose Bank Account (must be linked for auto-settlement).
3. Enter the amount and remarks.
4. Funds will be realized in your bank account in a fraction of a second.
🔊 eSpeaker: Voice-Assisted Details
Eliminate phone-checking during busy hours:
1. Request eSpeaker via the app’s ‘New Services’ section.
2. Once approved and delivered, the device announces successful payments instantly.
3. This validates the receipt of payment for both you and the customer through audio.
👥 Staff & Sub-User Management
To add employees to your merchant wallet:
1. Profile Icon > Add Users.
2. Enter Staff Mobile Number and assign a Role (e.g., Cashier/Manager).
3. Cashiers can only view transaction statements, while Admins keep control over withdrawals and settings.
💻 Web Merchant Panel
For large-scale accounting, use the web dashboard at merchant.esewa.com.np.
