🚀 How to Register Business Online?
Visit corporatepay.connectips.com and click ‘Register Online’. Link your primary bank account and define your users. Critical: You must download the Enrollment PDF, get it signed with a Company Seal and Board Resolution, then submit it to your branch for physical activation.
🔗 Can I Link Multiple Bank Accounts?
Yes. CorporatePay is a multi-bank portal. Once your Primary Bank activates your Admin, you can go to Manage Account > Add New Bank Account. This allows you to process payments from different bank accounts using a single dashboard login.
👥 Maker-Checker: Institutional Control
INITIATOR (MAKER): Uploads bulk files, creates fund transfers, and prepares tax vouchers. Cannot authorize money movement.
APPROVER (CHECKER): Reviews the prepared transactions. Only they can authorize the final fund transfer using their unique 2FA code.
💸 Bulk Salary & Vendor Uploads
Use the Bulk Fund Transfer module. Upload an Excel/CSV file with receiver names and account numbers. The dashboard validates account names instantly. Once the Checker approves the batch, thousands of salaries are credited in one sweep.
🏛️ Paying Govt Tax & Customs (High Value)
For payments up to Rs. 30 Crore: Select Service Payments > Government Payment. Enter the EBP Number (Electronic Bill Payment) generated from the IRD or Customs portal. The system will auto-populate the tax amount for approval.
🔐 Google Authenticator (2FA) Setup
All users must scan the QR code on the dashboard using the Google Authenticator app during their first login. This 6-digit dynamic code is required for every login and every transaction approval. Note: Never uninstall the app without backup codes.
📈 How to Increase Transaction Limits?
Admins can define transaction slabs within the portal. However, to increase the overall bank-assigned ceiling, the company must submit a formal request letter to the branch or request for Private Network (VPN) access for limits up to Rs. 30 Crore.
📊 Audit Trail & Statements
Go to the Reports section. You can download daily transaction summaries, bulk batch reports, and bank statements in Excel or PDF. Every transaction shows the User ID of both the Maker and the Checker for complete audit accountability.
⚠️ My Account is Locked/Suspended?
User accounts are locked after 3 failed password attempts.
1. For Initiators/Approvers: The Admin User can unlock them from the ‘User Management’ menu.
2. For Admins: You MUST visit the Bank Branch with a formal request letter to reset the Admin password or 2FA.
🧾 Slabs & Transaction Fees
Transaction fees follow NCHL standardized slabs (usually Rs. 2 to Rs. 8 for Real-Time). Bulk IPS transfers are often cheaper. Many banks waive the annual subscription fee for high-performing corporate accounts.
