Position Summary

Vacant Positions & Requirements

1. Risk / Operation / Recovery / Marketing Department (Officer Level)

• Openings: Few
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Preference for CA/Semi-CA/ACCA.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, currently working at least one level lower in any BFI.
• Age: Maximum 40 years as of 6th Jan 2026.

2. Credit / Operation / IT Department (Assistant Level)

• Openings: Few
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Economics (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years of banking experience with knowledge of Core Banking Software.
• IT Skills: Must know hardware, networking, SQL, Mobile Banking, CIPS, and IPS operation.
• Age: Maximum 35 years as of 6th Jan 2026.
• Additional: Preference for local candidates with a two-wheeler driving license.
