How to register a business online

Visit https://corporatepay.connectips.com and choose Register Online. Link your primary bank account and define users. Critical Download the enrollment PDF, sign with company seal and board resolution, then submit at your branch for physical activation.

Can I link multiple bank accounts?

Yes. CorporatePay is multi-bank. After your primary bank activates the admin, use Manage account → Add new bank account to run payments from several accounts in one dashboard login.

Maker–checker: institutional control

Initiator (maker) Uploads bulk files, creates transfers, prepares tax vouchers. Cannot authorize movement of funds.

Approver (checker) Reviews prepared work. Only approvers authorize final transfers using their 2FA code.

Bulk salary & vendor uploads

Use Bulk fund transfer. Upload Excel/CSV with beneficiary names and account numbers; the dashboard validates names. After the checker approves the batch, large payroll runs settle in one sweep.

Government tax & customs (high value)

For payments up to about Rs. 30 crore: Service payments → Government payment. Enter the EBP (electronic bill payment) number from IRD or Customs; amounts can auto-fill for approval.

Google Authenticator (2FA)

On first login, scan the dashboard QR with Google Authenticator. The rotating 6-digit code is required for login and for approvals. Note Do not uninstall the app without backup codes.

How to increase transaction limits

Admins can set slabs inside the portal. Raising the bank-assigned ceiling usually needs a formal letter to the branch or VPN / private-network access for limits up to about Rs. 30 crore.

Audit trail & statements

Under Reports, download daily summaries, bulk batch reports, and statements (Excel/PDF). Entries should show both maker and checker user IDs for accountability.

Account locked or suspended

Accounts often lock after repeated failed passwords.

• Initiators / approvers: An admin can unlock from User management.
• Admins: Usually requires a branch visit with a formal letter to reset admin password or 2FA.

Slabs & transaction fees

Fees follow NCHL slabs (often about Rs. 2–8 for real-time IPS). Bulk transfers may be cheaper. Many banks waive annual subscription for active corporate relationships — confirm with your bank.
