Creating admin credentials
- Register at merchant.esewa.com.np or in the merchant app using your PAN / business registration.
- Provide a unique mobile number and email to use as admin credentials.
- After verification, you will receive your password and MPIN via SMS or email.
- Sign in with these to manage your business QR and merchant wallet.
Merchant link: personal ↔ business
Switch profiles from your personal eSewa app after linking your merchant account.
- Open the personal eSewa app → More → Link Merchant Account.
- Choose your merchant from the list and complete OTP by SMS.
- Use the profile icon at the top to toggle between Personal and Business.
Get money out (bank transfer)
Move sales balance to your linked bank account from the merchant dashboard.
- Dashboard → Get Money Out.
- Select Bank Account (link the account used for settlement if required).
- Enter amount and remarks, then confirm.
- Settlement speed depends on bank and eSewa rules — check the confirmation screen.
eSpeaker (voice alerts)
Optional hardware that announces successful payments so you do not have to check the phone during rush hours.
- Request eSpeaker from the app (e.g. New Services or merchant support flow — follow current eSewa menus).
- After approval and delivery, pair or configure the device per eSewa instructions.
- Successful payments can be confirmed by audio for you and the customer.
Staff & sub-users
Add employees with limited roles while admins keep control of withdrawals and sensitive settings.
- Profile (or settings) → Add Users.
- Enter the staff mobile number and assign a role (e.g. cashier or manager).
- Cashiers often can view statements only; admins handle withdrawals and configuration — exact permissions follow eSewa’s role matrix.
Web merchant panel
For reporting and campaigns, use the web dashboard: merchant.esewa.com.np.
- Statements: Filter by date or product where the product offers it.
- Campaigns: Request discounts or cashback through eSewa’s campaign flows.
- Security: Use 2FA where offered; follow eSewa’s latest security notices.
