👤 Creating Admin Credentials
1 Provide your valid Email Address and Mobile Number to your bank during QR issuance.
2 Once the bank registers you, you will receive an activation link/OTP.
3 Use these details to log in to the NEPALPAY Business App. This makes you the primary Admin with full control over the QR.
🚀 Self-Enrollment for Existing Merchants
If you already have a physical QR but no dashboard access:
1. Visit business.nepalpay.com.np.
2. Click on ‘Enroll Existing Merchant’.
3. Enter your Acquirer Bank, Registered Mobile Number, and PAN/Citizenship number.
4. Verify OTP and set your dashboard password instantly.
📊 Taking Control: Live Reports
Once logged in, your Intuitive Dashboard shows:
• Real-time earnings: View payments as they happen.
• Transaction ID: Verify doubtful payments immediately.
• Filter by Date: View daily, weekly, or monthly sales records.
• Export: Download CSV/PDF reports for your accounting.
🔊 Enable Voice Notifications
Ensure you never miss a payment during busy hours:
1. Open NEPALPAY Business App > Click Profile.
2. Go to Help and Support section.
3. Toggle ‘Enable Voice Notification’ to ON.
4. Your phone will now announce the exact amount for every successful scan.
💸 Reliable Settlement
NepalPay QR settles funds directly into your linked bank account. No manual withdrawal is required. You can check the Settlement Card View in the app to see when the funds were moved to your account.
