How BFI hiring works

What is the difference between Banks and Financial institutions?

Banks here means NRB Class A commercial banks and Class B development banks. Financial institutions means Class C finance companies and insurance companies. Each tab lists every BFI in that family, then the vacancies posted for them.

How do I apply for a Nepal bank vacancy?

Download the official notice from the BFI (or the link on the card). Fill the form it names — often an online portal, sometimes a paper form at branches. Pay any stated fee, and keep the voucher. Deadlines are usually Nepal time on the last date; late forms are not taken.

A BFI shows “no vacancy posted yet”. Does that mean they never hire?

No. It means this hub does not have an active notice for them right now. Banks hire in rounds. When a notice is published, it is added against that BFI so you can still browse the full directory in the meantime.

This is general guidance, not an NRB, bank or insurance circular. Always download the official notice and apply only through the channel it names.
